Default Christmas Loaves

Being totally uninspired for gift giving this year I decided to make 14
ounce Olive Rosemary sourdough loaves. Use predominately white bread
flour, Kalamatta olives, and fresh rosemary from the garden. Ended up
with three ice chests going to over-night proof all the loaves. I bake
half dozen each weekend.

My wife bought tea towels and cloth ribbon to wrap them in. They've
turned out to be great gifts for unexpected visitors and for those
colleagues at work that I never know how to deal with.

Ed Replies:
You may send your address, but I don't think loaf will be very
attractive after cramming into a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
Thanks.

Ed replies:
That is a good idea - one I had not thought about. Now I'm up extra
early this morning printing bread Christmas cards (thank you very
much).
