Being German I have some problems understanding the terminology of
grain in Jeffrey Hamelman`s book (which I love) Can someone explain to me the milling grade and specifics of: Rye meal Rye chops Medium rye flour Is there rolled rye where you buy your supplies? Thanks for the help! Joschi |
