A challenge.

My daughter loves sourdough bread, but has become allergic to wheat,
gluten,and dairy. Oops.

Any suggestions on starter and bread recipes without those? We make a
reasonably good bread out of mixes including rice, garbanzo/fava bean,
sorghun and tapioca flours. Unsure if these can be used in a starter, tho,
and if so what issues/problems I'll run into.

She gives me the evil eye when I have 'real' breads around.
