Anyone happen to know anything about this flour (pendleton mills power flour)?
They stock it at my local Cash and Carry grocery, 9 bucks for 50 # bag. I'm trying to figure out protien content, but there is no info on the bag. Thanks, Anton |

I followed your advice, I called Pendleton Flour Mill and found that
their power flour protien content is between 13 and 13.5 %. Just thought I would post it here incase someone searches for the same thing in the future, or I forget.
