... I was raised Southern Baptist. ... I'm a Unitarian now, though ... If you can work your way up to a Nuthin', you'll be less likely to be taken to war by some idiot who knows what God wants. Possibly you will be less credulous about inspired recipes, and therefore make better bread, and do other things more rationally, as well. No doubt, atheists make the best bread. UU is about as close as one can come to nuthin' and still have church potlucks. I like potlucks. ... Let me revise to say I liked your full page. http://tinyurl.com/35jggn Why be so roundabout? Here it is in its naked (MSWord97) glory: http://home.att.net/~carlsfriends/di...ions%5FRev.doc (10 min. kneading is probably too long -- I should fix that.) I used a Google link that presents the document as HTML instead of as a download, and the URL was awfully unweildy. This one should not be overlooked: http://lumpymuffins.home.comcast.net...h/NoWaste.html Yeah, I should have mentioned that one, too. That's a very elegant process. This week, I'm finally planning to use those rye chops we got in something other than hot cereal. I made a 66% rye on Saturday, which I'll use as old bread for a pumpernickel later this week. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Have you made anything with them yet? -- Jeff |

When you're viewing a page with a huge URL, just click on thier link, and the code there catches the address you were coming from, and makes the tiny link for you. Copy that and paste into the post.
