Groups of people hit Toledo restaurants with Ziploc bags of animal and
human wastes.

Some take stool softeners with laxatives then have loads of coffee and
wait. At the proper time they go into the restrooms and let it fly.
But when their lookouts on cell phones give an "ok", they will
deliberately miss the commode and shit all over the place as a joke
else they let it go tastefully into the commode.
