Default Best Basque food in Bakersfield, California?

I read some traffic from this newsgroup about ten years ago, discussing
"Woolgrowers" and "Chalet Basque" in Bakersfield. Do they still exist?
Still good? I heard that there are restaurants of the same name up in
Los Banos, too, of all places. Kinda makes sense, I guess, they do
raise sheep up that way. But Bakersfield is where we'll be at
dinnertime next weekend.

Thanks,
Mark
