Default get restaurant reviews on your desktop

Ratingz Inc. has just announced the RestaurantRatingz Widget, a free
software component for Macintosh and Windows computers that provides
access to the RestaurantRatingz database of restaurant reviews. The
database contains 40,000 customer-written reviews for restaurants
throughout the United States. The reviews include numeric ratings for
food, ambience, and service, information on type of food and prices,
and customer comments.

Users of the widget can browse and read reviews, or they can click a
link to access the RestaurantRatingz.com
(http://www.restaurantratingz.com) website, where they can post their
own reviews, and even add restaurants to the database. There is no
sign-up required, and both the widget and the website are free to use.

The widget can be downloaded from http://inertron.com/widgets/. There
are versions available for the Mac OS 10.4 Dashboard, and for the
Yahoo! Widget Engine (formerly Konfabulator) on both Macintosh and
Windows. The widget was developed by Inertron Software, and is
distributed by Ratingz Inc. (http://www.ratingz.net), the Internet
consumer ratings company.

The RestaurantRatingz.com website was launched in July, 2005, to
provide a place where consumers could review and read about restaurants
in their communities. The site is also useful for restaurant owners,
who gain valuable customer feedback.
