Default Narrowing down choices for NYE dinner in downtown Los Angeles area..

Help me narrow down the choices for dinner for my NYE plans. Don't tell
me that all my choices suck, because they were the only reservations I
could get this late for NYE in the downtown area (where I will be
staying)! =P Anyways, on with the restaurants I've made reservations
at:

Ciudad

Tesoro Trattoria

Windows

All three restaurants are located in the downtown Los Angeles area and
have set menus and run around $65-$75/person. So, if you really hate
all three, just pick the one you hate the least. =P If you highly
reccomend any, please let me know! =) I know they're all different
types of food, but I wanna know which one is all around good!
