Long John Silver Restaurant Manager Overtime Pay
It would seem that there is an issue with general and assistant restaurant
managers of the Long John Silver chain being wrongfully denied overtime pay. Managers of restaurants who are paid on a salary basis must be done so according to the Fair Labor Standards Act regulations. Apparently there has been a problem with manager salaries not following the standard since December 1998.
