Default 90% Merlot & 10% Cabernet - AOC Côtes de Duras

Château Condom
Construit en 1690 par le sieur de Condom - Perceval Grand écuyer des Rois de
France.

Année : 2002, Mis en Bouteille au Château.

Classification: AOC Côtes de Duras.

Commune : Loubèse Bernac à 16 km au nord est de Duras, Lot et Garonne.

Superficie : 5 hectares

Exposition : Sur les contreforts de Loubès Bernac, point culminant de l'appellation.

Sol : Argilo-calcaire

Sous -sol : Argile

Encépagement : 90% Merlot & 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Age moyen du vignoble : 15 ans

Culture : Traditionnelle, enherbement un rang sur deux, et effeuillage.

Vendanges : Mécaniques, foulage et égrappoir.

Cuverie : Inox thermo-régulée

Vinification : Traditionnelle, cuvaison longue pendant 40 jours avec
contrôle des températures et remontage 2 fois par jour.

Elevage : En barriques neuves de chêne pendant 12 mois dans des caves
voutées permettant un vieillissement à température constante.

Commentaires de dégustation : Couleur rouge intense rubis brillante. Nez
franc, intense avec des notes beurrées. Bonne attaque, rondeur, évolution
intéressante jusqu'en finale. A consommer entre 16° et 18° sur viandes
rouges et fromages.
