Over the years, I've been asked for the recipes of several Indian
dishes which I've prepared in my capacity as a professional. As you are probably aware, more often than not any requests for information on recipes etc are met with "...it's a special mixture of herbs and spices...", which is no help in reproducing a dish. This is the standard evasive response from indian restaurant chefs. Even if one did have the basic recipes, they would be no good as the secrets are in the preparation and technique. However, once you know the secrets, it is simple. I share all the most popular Indian restaurant recipes in a simple, easy to follow and fun cookbook you will enjoy for years! Everything is covered ....from simple dishes you can prepare in a few minutes to the more exotic dishes which may take a little longer, this information will become a treasured addition to any kitchen. http://indianrecipesyu.blogspot.com/# |

An advertisement which is not identified as such. Like junk telephone calls, the answer is NO, as I do not respond to such solicitations. I don't need the secret, but would be mildly curious as to what one gets when one goes out for a "curry," like in an English mystery. I bet a search engine can tell me. |
