My son left me the nicest surprise in the sink a lovely large fish
(about a foot and a half long) and a note "the one that didnt get away.... enjoy the steelhead mom!" I would like to know the best way to prepare this special gift. My son is camping so I cant ask him. Thanks! |

A Steelhead is not a salmon. It is part of the trout family. It has more
fish oil than salmon. Poached works very well. "betsy" wrote in message ... -- Save the earth. It's the only planet with chocolate and Starbucks!! BetsyB wrote in message oups.com...
