Italian Baked Fish
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Serving Size : 4 servings. Category : Fish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 pounds flounder or sole fillets 3 tablespoons low-cal Italian dressing 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder salt and pepper Ready, set, cook! Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
