Salted Peanut Biscuits
Ingredients: 1 c. butter 2 c. flour 2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. cornflakes cereal 2 c. rolled oats 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts Directions: Cream margarine sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Add cornflakes and peanuts. Make into balls and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
