Default Potato Soup and Meatballs

Potato Soup and Meatballs



1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground chuck made into small meatballs

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Put in 350 degree oven until done, about 10 minutes

While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the following:



12 med. potatoes, cut up 1 med to large onion, chopped 1 stalk

celery, chopped, optional 2 carrots, chopped, optional Salt and pepper

to taste Add all above ingredients is soup pot. Cover with water and

simmer till almost done. If you cook too long, everything will be

mushy.



When meatballs are done, drain off grease and add to potato soup.

Add

1 8oz block of cream cheese, cut up

1 8oz container of sour cream

Stir gently until cream cheese and sour cream melt.
