Default Lobster Fondue Dip

Lobster Fondue Dip

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 cups of shredded sharp processed American cheese (about 8 oz.)
2 drops of red pepper sauce
1/3 cup of dry white wine
1 can (5 oz.) of lobster, drained and broken into small pieces

In earthen fondue pot, melt butter over low heat. Gradually stir in
cheese until melted. Add red pepper sauce, gradually stir in wine. Add
lobster, stir until heated through. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dip. Dip
with either raw vegetables or chips.
