Christmas Ham Steaks
4-6 (1/2" thick) slices of ham 1 1/2 cup of cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of raisins 1/2 cup of orange juice 2 tablespoons of cornstarch Several dash of ground cloves Arrange ham steaks evenly in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In saucepan, stir together all other ingredients. Cook and stir mixture over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Pour over ham steaks. Bake, uncovered, in 350ºF. oven for 35 minutes. |
