Default Brandy Wreaths

Brandy Wreaths

3/4 to 1 cup of butter, softened
2/3 cup of confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of brandy

Combine the butter, confectioners' sugar, flour and brandy in mixing
bowl, mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled. Preheat your oven to
350ºF. Roll dough out on floured work surface into very thin rolls
that are slightly smaller than the diameter of a pencil. Twist 2 rolls
around each other, cut the twisted roll into pieces about 4 1/2 inches
long. On a greased cookie sheet, shape pieces into wreaths. Repeat
with the remaining rolls. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen
