Peppered Cheese Ball

Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 bunch of green onions with tops, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
2 teaspoons of pink peppercorns, coarsely cracked
2 teaspoons of white peppercorns, coarsely cracked

Combine the first 3 ingredients, and shape the mixture into a 5 inch
ball. Combine the cracked peppercorns, roll the cheese ball in mixture
until evenly coated. Wrap in a heavy duty plastic wrap, and chill
until firm. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes one 5 inch cheese
ball.
