Default Turkey Gravy Dijon

Turkey Gravy Dijon

2 cups turkey drippings
Water, if needed
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup half-and-half or light cream
1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

REMOVE and discard fat from turkey drippings.
If necessary, add enough water to reserved drippings measure 2 cups;
pour into medium saucepan.
ADD flour; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
Bring just to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
STIR in remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until thickened, stirring
occasionally. Do not boil.
