Pork Chops Barbecue

Serving Size : 4 servings.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 slice lemon
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion; sliced thin
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 loin chops; 1/2" thick
1/2 teaspoon pepper



Ready, set, cook!



Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon and onion
un a medium saucepan. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in
ketchup, Worcestershire and liquid smoke. Place chops in a greased
9x13x2" baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or
until tender, turning once.
