Steak Milanese

4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Olive Oil, divided
2 Tbs Garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
4 (12 oz) Steak Strips, cut into 1/2-inch thick
1 Cup All-purpose Flour
2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs

In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add 1/2 cup olive oil, garlic, salt and
pepper - beat well.

First - dredge steaks in flour, shaking off excess flour.

Second - dip floured steaks in egg mixture.

Third - dredge in bread crumbs.

In remaining olive oil, sauté steaks on both sides desired doneness.
Serve immediately.
