Default Swanson(R) Chicken Broccoli Dijon

Swanson(R) Chicken Broccoli Dijon

Prep/Cook Time : 25 min.

Ingredients:

4 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves

1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Chicken Broth

1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups broccoli flowerets

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard

4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles, cooked without salt

Directions:

COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned.

ADD broth, garlic powder and broccoli. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook
over low heat 10 min. or until done. Remove chicken.

Swanson Kitchen Tip: This recipe is also great using Swanson(R)
Natural Goodness(tm) or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of
the regular chicken broth.
