2-step knorr tomato and onion pork chops
Yield: 4 Servings 1 tbl Mazola corn oil 4 x Center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1 med Onion, chopped 1 cup Water 1 pkt Knorr Tomato Basil Soup and Recipe Mix 1/4 cup Brown sugar Instructions: In large skillet, heat corn oil over medium-high heat; add chops and onion and brown, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove chops; set aside. Add remaining ingredients; stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over chops. .................................................. ............. Recipe for Knorr 3-Step Country French Chicken* Yield: 4 Ingredients: 2 tbl butter or margarine 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves 3/4 cup water 1 pkt Knorr Spring Vegetable Soup and Recipe Mix 2 tbl flour Instructions: 1.Brown chicken breasts in butter or margarine over medium-high heat. Transfer to a slow cooker. 2.In a bowl, stir together water and vegetable soup and recipe mix. Pour over chicken. 3.Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Remove chicken to a platter. Stir together flour and sour cream and add to mixture in slow cooker, heating for 15 minutes. 4.Spoon sauce over chicken. |
