Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
========================= 1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons dry mustard 4 tablespoons milk salt and pepper, to taste Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic. Drain out fat and add soup, mustard and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through without boiling. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve with egg noodles or rice. |
