Rachael's Rich Banana Bread presented by Irving House
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 4 small loaf pans Beat together in a big bowl: 7 overripe bananas 1 cup melted butter 4 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 cup ricotta cheese 2 tsp. vanilla Sift together and stir in: 4 cups flour 5 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Pour into greased pans Bake 35 minutes @ 350 degrees Then, bake 30 minutes @ 300 degrees until golden brown. Serve warm with butter. |
