Default Velvet almond fudge cake

Velvet almond fudge cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup blue diamond blanched slivered almonds
1 12oz package chocolate chips
1 package (2 layer size) chocolate fudge cake mix
1 package Jello chocolate fudge instant pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teas vanilla extract
1/2 teas almond extract
Directions
Sprinkle 1/2 cup almonds on the bottom of a well greased
Bundt/tube pan (10"). Set aside remaining almonds and chocolate
chips. Measure remaining ingredients into a bowl. Beat at medium
speed 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and almonds. Pour into
pan. Bake at 350 for 70 minutes or until cake begins to pull
away from the sides of pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and
finish cooling on rack. Garnish with whip topping to serve.
