Default KOREAN CHICKEN WINGS

KOREAN CHICKEN WINGS

Sauce

1 cup soy sauce

12 Tablespoons sugar

2 or 3 cloves minced garlic

4-5 T. sesame seeds

4-5 T. dried chives

sprinkle of red crushed peppers (to desired hotness)

Mix sauce ingredients all together and stir well to dissolve sugar.

Let sit to allow flavors to mingle. *sometimes I micro the soy &

sugar half a minute or so to dissolve sugar better.

Fry 2 1/2 pounds of chicken wings (I use the frozen ones from Price

Club, that are cut up with the tips discarded). Dip them in flour,

brown and cook until done. Then stir sauce again and dip cooked wings

in it one or two times. Good hot or cold.
