1/2 pound chicken, cut into bite size pieces 1 onion chopped, or slivered 6-8 cloves garlic \vegetable * noodles { any variety} 1/2 cup sour cream 3 or 4 tbl Parmesan cheese salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste saute chicken, onion, garlic, use a little oil or i prefer water while cooking. boil noodles, when you put the noodles in to cook add vegetable* {fresh...broccoli, cauliflower, string beans, or cabbage} when the noodles are done al dente, drain add sour cream, cheese and seasoning to taste. you may also add other shredded cheeses for more flavor. toss with chicken, serve with salad and garlic toast. bon appetito ah tutti, ciao |
