Default Chicken Wings in a Kikkoman Sauce

Chicken Wings in a Kikkoman Sauce with Sesame seeds

1 10oz bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 box Brown Sugar (1lb) I use the light

brown not the dark brown sugar

2 C. Granulated Sugar

1/4 C. Sesame seeds lightly toasted in a dry pan

then just lightly chopped in the food processor. (just

enough to break the seeds open ( 5-8 seconds)

5 LB bag Chicken wings or wingetts

Mix Kikkoman Soy Sauce, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large

stew pan. Heat till boiling and the boiling will not go down with

stirring. Cook for 2-3 minutes. As sauce is cooking and coming to a

boil, skim off any foam that appears to keep the sauce clear and

clean. Cook chicken wing according to instruction on the bag or I

deep fry them for 10 minutes or lightly brown. Pour the sauce and

chopped sesame seeds over the cooked wings, stir and let them marinate

for as long as you want. I keep them in a crock-pot and stir every so

often to keep the wings moistened. Serve them warm with lots of

napkins, as they are sticky but very very good. 6-8 servings
