Chicken Shawarma
1_ 2 Kg (64 oz) boned chicken cut into finger size slices 2_ 2 cups of lemon juice. 3_ 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil. 4_ a dash of salt ( as desired). 5_ a dash of white pepper. 6_ a dash of ground paprika. 7_ a dash of ground mastic. 8_ 1 tbls ground all season spices. Mix all ingredients above, soak placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours. place in oven tray. Enter tray into 220c oven for 45 minutes. serve accompanied with grilled tomatoes, french fries and salads. |
