Pizza Casserole



1/2# sliced pepperoni

Medium onion, chopped

1/2 c. melted margarine

1 c. Macaroni

2# sliced mozzarella cheese

2 8-oz. Cans tomato sauce

2 4-oz. Cans mushrooms

1/2 t oregano

1/2 t basil

1 t garlic



Using 3-quart casserole dish, cook macaroni in boiling water in

microwave for 8 minutes. Drain, saving water, and set macaroni aside.

Boil pepperoni in water from macaroni for 5 minutes. Drain,

discarding water. Add onion and margarine to pepperoni and cook on

high for 3 minutes. Stir, then add all ingredients except half the

cheese. Stir until mixed. Top with remainder of cheese. Microwave

on high for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
