LIPTAUER CHEESE SPREAD



1/2 lb cottage cheese

2 Tbs minced chives

1/2 lb butter

1 & 1/2 Tbs mustard

1/2 tsp anchovy paste

1 & 1/2 Tbs paprika

2 Tbs chopped capers

salt

1 & 1/2 Tbs caraway seed

1 garlic clove, halved



Cream cottage cheese and butter until smooth. Work in all other

ingredients except salt and garlic. Rub crock, jar or whatever with

garlic and put cheese in. Chill overnight. It is even better married

for a few more days.
