Default Pickled Fiddleheads collection

Pickled Fiddleheads



fresh picked fiddle heads cleaned (absolutely no brown)

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp celery seed

1 tsp tarragon

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 cups vinegar



Cook in boiling water for 5 min .Drain.

Add boiling water to cover and drain

Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.

Pack into sterilized jars,and fill up jars with scalding hot mixtureee of
above ingredients that have boiled for 5 min. Seal Store for one month
atleast before serving.
