Three Bean Chili

Serving Size : 8 servings.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
2 tablespoons jalapeno chile
3 cups diced green chiles
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup onion
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup parsley
2 cups white beans
2 cups kidney beans
2 cups black beans
28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano



Ready, set, cook!



Heat oil in a large saucepan, over a medium flame add onions and saute
for 5 minutes add garlic and saute for 2 minutes add remaining
ingredients and 2 cups water bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer
for 40 minutes serve hot

Nutritional Information: 585 Calories (kcal); 4g Total Fat; (5%
calories from fat); 36g Protein; 106g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol;
256mg Sodium
