Default Gram's Peaches

Gram's Peaches

1 14 oz. can of sliced peaches (or fresh, if available)

2 T. Brown sugar (to taste)

2-4 drops almond flavoring

1 t. margarine or butter

Marshmallow creme

Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Divide peaches into two small bowls. Add about 1T brown sugar to

each. Put about 2 drops of almond flavoring to each bowl, more if you

like more almond flavor. Add 1/2 t butter, stir gently. Place in

micro oven till heated, about 2 min. (My micro is 14 years old so

takes longer to heat, doesn't have the watts) When heated through, add

a generous dollop of marshmallow creme, let set for a minute as it

starts to melt and spread, then dust with cinnamon lightly. Great for

breakfast and for a dessert.
