BAKED SHRIMP
1/4 cup butter 8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing juice of 2 lemons 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, but leave tails on Melt butter in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Add salad dressing, lemon juice and black pepper. Add shrimp to sauce, stirring well to coat. Bake at 325*F for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring several times. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
