Help! I'm using a Cuisinart Griddler - if I brush bread with olive oil
(even a small amount) it seems that the bread becomes too oily. If I don't use olive oil, the bread doesn't brown. What are you folks using for bread and/or coatings to get a nice, crisp panini? |
