Default 3-C Cake

3-C Cake

4 rolls unbaked chocolate chip cookie

dough from the dairy case

3 medium eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2-8 oz. containers cream cheese

2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Slice two of the rolls of cookie dough

and place into the bottom of a 9" X 13" pan sprayed with non-stick

cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients together, keeping aside the

other two rolls of cookie dough, and pour on top of the cookie layer.

Slice remaining two rolls of cookie dough and place on top of mixture.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.

(This recipe looks really nasty when served, but it tastes really

good. It is very rich.)
