Red Peppers Stuffed with Spinach Soufflé
Serves:4 Ingredients 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen spinach soufflé, thawed 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs 2 red bell peppers, halved and seeded 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine spinach soufflé, onions and bread crumbs. Spoon into bell pepper halves. 2. Place in a baking pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 3. Bake 20-30 minutes.
