Clams Marinara
Serves:6 Ingredients 6 dozens small clams 1 cup dry white wine 1 large chopped onion 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp. butter Freshly ground pepper Instructions 1. Scrub clams well and place in a large kettle with remaining ingredients. Place over medium-high heat and steam until the clams open. Discard any clams that do not open. Remove bay leaf 2.
