Default Clams Marinara

Clams Marinara
Serves:6


Ingredients
6 dozens small clams
1 cup dry white wine
1 large chopped onion
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. butter
Freshly ground pepper

Instructions
1. Scrub clams well and place in a large kettle with remaining
ingredients. Place over medium-high heat and steam until the clams
open. Discard any clams that do not open. Remove bay leaf
2. Serve clams in shallow bowls with sauce over them. Serve with
French bread, if desired.
