Default Chicken Thighs and Herbs

Chicken Thighs and Herbs
Serves:4


Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. each garlic salt, black pepper, paprika and dried oregano
8 chicken thighs
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. chopped fresh shallots
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 cup dry white wine

Instructions
1. Stir together flour, garlic salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Skin
thighs, if desired. Coat with seasoned flour. Brown in hot butter or
margarine.
2. Sprinkle fresh herbs over browned chicken thighs.
3. Add wine, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Skim fat from juices before serving.
