Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

16 manicotti
1 pound ground round
12 ounces frozen spinach
2 egg
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups onion
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups marinara sauce
1 pound mozzarella cheese



Ready, set, cook!



bring a large pot of salted water to a boil add manicotti and simmer
for 8 minutes, drain combine beef and onions in a skillet, over a
medium flame heat and stir to brown beef and soften onions remove from
heat, drain, and allow to cool add remaining ingredients, except
marinara sauce and cheese-mix well stuff into manicotti shells place
into 9x13x2 glass baking pans pour marinara sauce over all top with
sliced mozzarella cover with foil bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
remove from oven, allow to stand for 15 minutes remove and discard
foil cover serve hot
