Kansas City Bbq Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups beef stock
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon hot chile powder
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 teaspoons garlic puree



Ready, set, cook!



Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame bring to a
boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes use as a baste and finish
sauce.

calories from fat); 1g Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol;
