Strawberry bread



3 cups flour

2 cups walnuts

1 tsp cinnamon

2 cups strawberries, mashed with juice

1 tsp soda

3 cups sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup oil

4 eggs



Combine flour, cinnamon, oil and eggs. Add strawberries and flour.

Place in 3 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake for one hour or until

done at 350 degrees. Cool and remove. Serve plain or with additional

strawberries and whipped cream.
