Default Louise's Pumpkin Bread

Louise's Pumpkin Bread

4 cups sugar

5 cups flour

1 cup oil

4 teaspoons of baking soda

1 large can of pumpkin (15 oz)

Get out your largest bowl for this it makes 8-9 small loaves, 4 large

loaves or tons of muffins (or mix and match). Preheat the oven to 350

degrees. Begin at the top of the ingredient list and work your way

down. Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour your loaf pans

or muffin tins, fill 2/3rds of the way full and place in the oven.

Large loaves take approximately 1 hour, small loaves 45 minutes and

muffins 30 minutes (times approximate, insert a toothpick in the

middle to check for doneness). Take loaves/muffins immediately out of

pans and allow to cool. These freeze nicely too.
