OREO BREAD PUDDING
OREO BREAD PUDDING
4 cups day old french bread 16 oreo's, coarsely broken 2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Mix bread cubes and cookies in large bowl; set aside. Blend milk,sugar,eggs and vanilla; pour over bread mixture stirring evenly to caot. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish. Bake 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or at room temp topped with whipped cream if desired.
