Crockpot Stew



1 lb of tenderized stew meat, floured

1 medium onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 package of meat loaf seasoning

1 can Rotel tomatoes

4/5 potatoes, cut in chunks

1 cup of baby carrots

water as needed to gravy



Brown the meat in 2 tbs of oil...add

onion, bell pepper and garlic...layer in

crockpot with the potatoes, carrots...

sprinkling the meat loaf seasoning on

each layer...top with the Rotel tomatoes.

(Add water as needed to the crockpot

to keep gravy in it...cook according to

your crockpot cookbook.)
