hi tim
ketchup is not in my cupboard.
but my recipe is similar
4 very ripe tomatos
same for honey, apple cider vinegar, worse chest hire, and chilli.'
i add just an apricot or two, and half an avacado.

stick in the blender. and whiz
i have even added plums or mangos
it depends on what is in the fridge.
even hoisin sauce is worth the experiment

i think i might be trying to recreate chutney
but so far the experiment is doing fine.

wondering what other variations you have on this recipe.
i have about 13 floors above me and so i never have to worry about left over
sauce.
